Research Pitch: New Types of Orphan Attention in Kazakhstan
The topic of my research conventional paper is orphan care in Kazakhstan. My own question is definitely: what are alternatives to orphanages that can meet the psychological demands of children? I am directing my research to our government, namely towards the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Labor and Social Safeguard of Human population. My purpose is to counsel the idea of alternatives to orphanages. I chose this kind of topic mainly because I want to support orphans to feel and live like ordinary people, because today in most corporations children are lacking parents' proper care and closeness; they do not come with an atmosphere of family which is necessary for all their proper childhood. In order to fulfill the psychological requirements of children, Kazakhstan might need to investigate new models of orphan care.
Fresh Models of Orphan Care in Kazakhstan
A woman is definitely sitting in the armchair having a book in her hands. She is looking to read a tale to kids. She is asking them to take a seat on the floor throughout the armchair, although everybody wants to become as close as possible with her. The woman currently has 3 infants onto her knees, and it is rather challenging to place an additional child. They all are looking at her as if she actually is an angel who has came out in this room with greyish walls, busted windows and old household furniture to make these people happy – at least for a while. The challenge for each of our country would be that the majority of orphans still live in traditional orphanages and therefore simply cannot feel cheerful. Orphanages, which in turn we are used to see, symbolize old structures, often in poor conditions. Children, who also live presently there, need a wide range of things, both material and spiritual. Some individuals try to help them by getting clothes, gadgets, different presents and some different necessary points. Unfortunately, not necessarily enough so they can live like ordinary kids. My matter is alternatives to orphanages in Kazakhstan. I arrived at it because when I i visited school we were supposed to affix and knit clothes to give to an orphanage. There I could see children who had been devoid of parents' care, interest and kindness. But recently, I have been involved with charity work and have visited SOS Little one's Village. I was so impressed with this because I really could feel an atmosphere of friendliness and warmth. There was several small cozy residences located on the site with lots of trees. I learnt that those children had a sort of a family and were surrounded by mothers' appreciate and proper care much more than children from other orphanages. The " mothers” cared for these orphans as if that they had been their particular sons and daughters. They will bought them necessary points and gives, taught these to keep home and prepare food, provided proper upbringing. The difference between those two institutions was obvious. So that it made me think about orphans, regarding the present circumstance in orphanages, and I deducted that this model of child care is completed, and Kazakhstan needs new one. American countries already have rid of these kinds of institutions for children and moved to some alternatives such as the promote care style and more rapid adoptions. The case in our orphanages cannot be improved until the approach to their administration will have been changed. My personal biggest matter on this topic is whether it will be possible to find option methods of orphan care in our country. Large numbers of children have problems with abuse and neglect in orphanages, in fact it is necessary to consider some actions. This problem is urgent since in order for Kazakhstan to become a extremely developed country, the government should take care of its population, specifically children, properly and still improve the system of orphan care. The website which I am going to investigate has such factors as the psychological demands...
